User Experience Design
In-house projects from my internship in Ghana for Zipline Inc. conducting user research and creating content for various communities and hospitals.
Video Animations
I created instructional videos from start to finish to articulate concepts to consumers for Zipline.
After brainstorming the style/design, I created storyboards and scripts, then designed the assets in Illustrator. I would use After Effects to animate, and then edit the video content in Premiere.
Installment in Ghana
Created an installment proposition to be produced in Ghana representing everything learned on my trip and who I met. The presentation should include what Zipline does while representing the culture of Ghana and the communities it serves.
Research and Ideation for Installment
Posters
Zipline’s business model is full of moving pieces that make it difficult to understand as a consumer. My responsibility was to break down concepts into digestible content for our patrons to understand as quickly as possible. I interviewed community members and hospitals to further understand what would be the most effective styles.
Proactive Poster
Customers were not taking advantage of the full services of Zipline, so I had to create a poster that would encourage participation in a friendly way that would appeal to audiences in Ghana and Rwanda.
User Interface Design
Adoptimal
Interviewed various people who have gone through the adoption process to come up with an app specifically for people looking to adopt a new dog. After coming up with sketches I used Figma to create the user interface and how it reacts with the user. Did user testing with final product using Figma.
Patient Portal App
Using InVision Studios and Figma, I created an app design to track healthcare needs with various providers. The goal was to make it easier for patients to follow their plan made by doctors and follow through and get the best possible treatment.
